The good news is that building new habits is easier than you think. School of Habit is a coaching program designed to move you from ‘auto-pilot’ to a life of purpose.


What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching uses behavior change as a vehicle to transform health and wellness. A Health Coach is part cheerleader, part tough love – and all support. Working with a coach will help you build healthy habits that align with how you want to feel every day.

My journey to health began from a state of frustration. On a whim, I started with one small habit: run a mile a day. This habit was the catalyst for many transformations to come.

As my run streak grew, I realized I already had all the tools at my fingertips to be successful. I asked for help from my community, and began to transform my life and health – one habit at a time.

No one is asking you to figure it all out on your own. In fact, asking for help is the biggest indicator for success. With the guidance of a coach, you have the opportunity to achieve the healthy and functional life you deserve.
